Shipping & Returns
Lollymerchant.com.au uses Australia Post for delivery throughout Australia. Parcel postage rate will be calculated at the checkout. Please note Australia Post maximum single parcel weight is 22 kg. If your order is over 22 kg, the order can be split and sent in several cartons.
If preferred, you may arrange a courier of your choice to deliver your order. If this method is required please contact us by email or telephone, and we will be happy to help you.
PACKAGING AND DESPATCH OF GOODS
Whilst we try to meet customers deadlines we do not guarantee a definite delivery date. Please note that once we hand your order to a third party, like a courier or Australia Post, we have no control over it and cannot and will not accept responsibilty for any delays in shipping, damages or losses.
All of our chocolate and confectionery products are stored in an airconditioned warehouse and leave our premises in excellent condition. After we hand your order to Australia Post or any other carrier or transport agency the onus for damage or deterioration of any of our products lies with the delivery service. Please take care when ordering chocolate products during the hot weather months.
Please allow up to 5 business days after paying for your order, for Lollymerchant.com.au to process and despatch your goods. Sometimes manufacturers do not have stock available.
Hot Weather protection - To ensure that your confectionery and chocolates arrive at their destination in the best possible condition, Lollymerchant.com.au may delay the despatch of chocolates if the weather is extemely hot.
Orders in warmer months will not be sent on Thursday or Friday, to avoid the possibility of heat damaged stock, if it is left in a delivery van or freight warehouse over a weekend.
PICK UP ORDERS
Place your order online and we will advise when it is ready to collect from our warehouse.
With all international orders we need to calculate shipping rates separately. Go ahead and place your order on the website. Once we have received notification of your order, we will advise you of the shipping costs and then send you an invoice. OUT OF STOCK ITEMS
Out of stock lines are generally restocked within a week. However, in the event of a manufacturers shortage or imported overseas lines being delayed in customs or transit, some products may take 2 to 4 weeks to become available. If your order is urgent, we suggest you contact us first to request availability advice.
